Running Paid Ads:
Testing and validating market demand with paid ads

Paid ads can be a powerful tool for finding early customers and testing product-market fit. This cycle will focus on how to run lean, high-impact ad campaigns to validate demand, optimize messaging, and attract the right users.

Product-Market Fit
Running experiments to validate PMF & identifying early signals

Product-market fit isn’t found, it’s tested. This cycle will focus on running experiments to validate your customers, the problem, and your solution.

Cycle dates: May 7 - May 28

June

Customer Acquisition
From zero to one: Landing your first customers

Acquiring your first customers is the hardest step. This cycle will focus on how to find and engage early adopters with scrappy, high-impact strategies that break through customer inertia.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The main objective of WAM is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where startup founders can connect weekly to share progress, learn from experts, tackle challenges, and celebrate achievements, while fostering accountability, learning, and resilience in their entrepreneurial journeys.

WORKSHOP FORMAT

​Each month, WAM cycles through a specific theme to help founders build momentum, solve challenges, and celebrate progress.

​

Week 1: Expert-Led Session – Learn from seasoned experts sharing strategies, tools, and recommendations.
 

Week 2: Roundtable Discussion – Collaborate with peers to refine action items and KPIs.
 

Week 3: Office Hours – Get personalized, one-on-one guidance.
 

Week 4: Wrap-Up Discussion – Reflect on wins, setbacks, and key learnings.

WAM is hybrid. We meet in person at Hub101, though founders can also join online.

​

Cost is $49/program cycle.
